1. Our services

The website describes our BIM modelling, coordination, Scan to BIM, Revit family creation and Autodesk training services. Specific projects are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement.

2. Free AI assistant

• Dex is Dexterous's independent AI assistant, free to visitors and provided "as is" for general BIM and software guidance. It is not Autodesk support, an Autodesk product or an Autodesk-authorized service.
• Answers may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. The assistant does not retrieve live Autodesk documentation or access your Autodesk account. Verify version-specific steps against the official documentation for your licensed software.
• Answers are not engineering, safety, legal or code-compliance advice. Qualified project professionals must review design decisions, calculations, specifications and regulatory requirements. Test model changes on a backup before applying them.
• Do not submit confidential client information, drawings, models, passwords, licence keys, unlawful or abusive content. Share only material you have permission to use. We may limit or suspend access to prevent misuse.
• Do not use the assistant to bypass licensing, obtain certification exam questions or reproduce protected manuals and training materials. AI-generated material is not guaranteed to be unique or cleared of third-party rights.

3. Intellectual property

We provide original editorial explanations and illustrative images, not copied Autodesk manuals or official training materials. Rights in third-party software, documentation and trademarks remain with their respective owners. Nothing on this site grants a software licence or permission to reuse protected third-party content.

Autodesk, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, 3ds Max and ReCap are trademarks or registered trademarks of Autodesk, Inc., and/or its subsidiaries and/or affiliates in the USA and/or other countries. References identify the software discussed; Dexterous is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Autodesk.

Professional and instructor credentials refer to individual team members only. They do not establish that Dexterous is an Autodesk Authorized Training Center or that our courses or AI assistant are Autodesk-approved. Ask our team about the relevant instructor's current credential and course scope before booking.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or AI assistant.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or, where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.

5. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your own country, including the UAE or UK.
